The four-day intensive water gilding workshops are designed to teach the basics of the traditional water gilding technique with 22 karat gold leaf on wooden board, prepared with traditional gesso and bole and using the ancient techniques as employed since the Middle Ages in Europe.

$800.00 + GST for new students and $480.00 +GST for existing past students. Paid prior to starting.

– A gilder’s pad.
– A gilder’s knife.
– An agate stone burnisher.
– A gilder’s tip.
– A feather brusher.
